First Time to Visit Us

WHEN TO COME

Sunday morning worship starts at 11.30am. We would encourage you to give yourself time to find a parking space in the car park opposite the church and if you can be seated before the service starts it makes coming to our church for the first time a more pleasant experience.

WHAT TO WEAR

You are very welcome to come in formal or in casual clothes - it's entirely up to you. Never feel that because you do not have certain clothes that you cannot come to church. It's you we are interested in, not your clothes.

WHERE TO SIT

You will be welcomed at the door by one of the stewards who will direct you to a seat. No one has their own private seat. Hymns and items of praise as well as our Bible reading will appear on the screens in front of you so there is no need to panic about hymnbooks or about having a Bible or a particular Bible version.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The minister will normally conduct the service. The congregation will join together in singing, there will be times of prayer and the Bible will be read. On a Sunday morning there will be a Children’s Address when children are invited to come to the seats at the front of the church. At each service there will be a sermon based on the Bible reading. The sermon will aim to explain, illustrate and apply the Bible passage which has been read.

CAN WE HELP YOU?

If you would like to talk about salvation, a personal concern or something you've heard in the service then you can contact the minister.
